rare 20th century portrait vase

Rare Find beautiful Philip Boileau portrait vase. Made in Germany in the early 20th century. Much detail and depicts a Victorian women posing in a floral background. All hand painted. It is 8" tall, 3" wide at base. Marked on bottom. No chips or cracks, however, there is wear on the gold outlines. Very old but beautiful.
